Yellowcoate Cider Vinegar is produced at Ringdean Farm, established in 1949 in the small village of Flimwell, East Sussex. They grow over 75 varieties of fruit.

They produce their award-winning fruit juices on the farm alongside their Yellowcoate Raw Cider Vinegar ‘with Mother’ – a slightly peculiar term for unfiltered cider vinegar in its natural state.

Sussex Charmer Cheese is produced in Rudgwick by Bookham Harrison Farms who were crowned Sussex Food Producer of the Year in 2018.

Combining the creaminess of a mature farmhouse Cheddar with the zing of an Italian style hard cheese it is truly a unique, award-winning cheese.

Parsonage Farm in Salehurst has been farmed by the Hoad family since the 1880s.

It is a typical Wealden farm and is run on traditional lines with a mix of livestock and crops. Their sheep are Romneys – a local breed, which are home reared and grass-fed on the farm and sold in the onsite butchers shop.
